I've just been to Rome in August. You can contact Carrani Tours in Rome http://www.carrani.com/ for all your questions. I booked 5 tours with them while I was there and they were fantastic. I did a night tour of the Colosseum, a trip to Tivoli to Villa Adriana and Villa D'Este, a trip to the Castelli, a cookin day with Fabiously Cooking in Mazzano and a day trip to Florence. They will tell you about train tickets from airport to Rome (Termini) as well. Enjoy Rome!

There is a shuttle bus stop that goes to both Termini Station and Piazza Cavour (near Vatican City) for 6 or 7 euro. When you walk out of the airport, turn right, and walk straight and you will end up at all of the shuttle bus stops. The very first one is called "Sit Bus Shuttle" - I used to live in Rome and used it all the time. I used it again in July when I went back to visit friends. You can book online, but honestly - you really don't need to. You can pay in cash right at the shuttle. Here's their website in English: http://www.sitbusshuttle.com/en/ (FYI - Da Vinci airport is known as Fiumicino).
Thanks a lot to everyone, you

Yes, you can buy them on line but run a risk if you're plane is delayed, especially if you latch on to one of the big discount fares. If you choose to do it, don't cut it too close. Leave yourself some time in case of a delay, and also time to get your luggage, customs, and getting to Termini from the airport. There is direct train for 11E on Track 24.
Here is a site that tells
