Hi All - Does anyone know of any

Hi All - Does anyone know of any cooking classes in Tuscany - specifically in Florence that specialize in breakfast cakes.  I am intersted in taking one.  Sorry, I know this is very specific, but I figured it was worth a shot. I appreciate any leads.Thanks!J
