High Speed Internet

I know that this subject has been covered almost to infinity, but to try and help some friends out, I'd like to pose the question again in the hope of getting a simple reply that I can then pass on; Our friends live in Venarotta AP. They need high speed internet soon, but don't have a land line. Can anyone recommend a solution? Thanks; Andrew
