Pizzeria La Griglia Ristorante

This restaurant is situated in the center of Como, only 2 minutes walk from the Duomo. It has no view nor garden and is not know by the tourists. Only the local people go there since decades. The owner Agostino is from Caserta and is very friendly, so is his son Davide. They make sure that the food is excellent every day. The menu is simple, but offers still a good variety of seafood, fish, sallads, pizzas, pastas. The "cozze" is famous! The housewine "white" lightly fizzy is excellent. Real value for money! 20€ per person for a dinner including coperto and housewine! Complete lunch for 10€ on weekdays is a bargain. Since I have been living in Como, I have tried many restaurants, but this is still the best one. Enjoy and say hello from me, "lo svedese Victor"
