 of all the sagras we go to one of the important things is the music... generally starting at around 9.00 ... now there are dire causes and often its maybe better to eat and leave... but one of the most popular here in the teramo province of abruzzo and a local phenomenom is Vittorio...famous for his bus journey...children love him... and he always has them up on stage singing with him... mostly probably would be banned in politically correct parts of the world because the songs have double meanings... which the children are quite open about...  when asked...anyway a real entertainer and if you get a cahnce to see him its worth it...hes at Torricella Sicura on the 11th of August i think... its a long sagre this one... mid week... mon 10th-14th august minestre of abruzzo is on the menu ...this one if i remeber righly is made with barley and lamb...  but dont quote me on thathttp://www.vittorioilfenomeno.com/new%20index.htm Rosina is a favorite of mine
