We got a holiday apartment at Lake Como

We got a holiday apartment at Lake Como (Argegno) and are looking for an opportunity to exercise Italian. We come several times per year. We are an English/Austrian couple.So far our knowledge is relatively basic. Is there somebody between 55 and 65 also with a holiday property in the area with some more parole Italiane? We would like meeting up for conversation.
