In the UK it is possible to convert property which was jointly bought in"Joint Tenancy" to "Tenancy in Common" which allows one to bequeath your portion of the property to someone in a will rather than have it automatically pass to the other joint
Dear Yvonne,Thank you for the email. Yes it would be available for that sort of period as things stand at the moment. Not sure exactly what time of year you would be considering living your "Italian dream".Send me an email to my address, mtodd at cavalierbahamas dot comand I can forward you pictures and details to see if you are interested.Regards,MartinBy the way you too live in a beautiful country. My brother lived there for 25 yrs plus, before moving to Australia. He actually married a South African lady, by coincidence called Yvonne too. I visited there a couple of times when he was there.
I have just seen your inquiry to my ad in ITALY. Not sure why, but I received no notification from the website of your reply.
I am sure this is too late to respond, but please let me know if indeed you still have any interest.
Again... my apologies for not responding sooner.
Are you still looking for a long term rental ?I own a small restored farmhouse (2+ bedrooms, garden, pool, views) on the Umbrian/Tuscan Border, in the hills overlooking Lago di Trasimeno.Previously it was rented out for Summers. This year I am not going to do that. But rather than have it sitting empty I am considering a long term rental as I would prefer it to be occupied. If you are interested drop me a line and I can give you some further details.
