Thank you modicasa for your reply. The letter says it is prior authorisation to charge of interest and says choosing how to pay the annual interest is important. With the authorisation the interest payment is made on time and automatically and in the absence of authorisation, the customer must arrange for payment of the same interest. I do not understand any of this.
Hi Adri I have an account with unicredit in Italy and am living in England . Do you have an account with unicredit? I wonder if you can help if you have? I have received a letter for me to authorise re nuova normativa interessi nei contratti bancari which I understand is something to do with new charges/rules on interest in banking contracts brought in on October 1st 2016. My italian is not too good and I need some advise in english as to whether to let them have authorisation. Please can anyone help? Should I authorise them? Thankyou
