Maybe it might be helpful if your site mentioned that features are unavailable to all users rather than suggesting that there was some sort of error with the account.Also, I wasn't told that any action had been taken on my account after my first email - disabling the viewing request - which also might have been useful to know.Thanks

I have a property listed for sale but can find no obvious way to end the listing, I can see how to delete a property but no information is given on whether this also ends my payment plan? Thanks
