No problem. Happy to help! Well, there are local buses connecting pretty much all of the villages. They are blue buses. There is also a train system but it may be more problematic for you. You can look up bus connections on this site: www.cotralspa.it. There you can click on "Pianifica Viaggio" which means: plan a trip. You can also explore train options on: www.trenitalia.com. Here you click on "tutti treni", or if you put it in English click "passes".
HI! You will be in an ideal location to visit many lovely places! Besides the obvious, which is Bracciano lake and castle, you will also be close to the "Tuscia", the center of the Etruscan civilization. Great places to see are Viterbo, Tarquinia, Cerveteri and Tuscania, which all have Etruscan remains and museums. Also Viterbo is one of the few towns with a remaining wall all around it's city center. It also has a mideval section which is perfect still. Nearby also which has lovely gardens and palaces to visit are Caprarola, Vignanello, Bagnaia, and also Montefiascone. From Montefiascone at the top where there is the old fortress called "la Rocca" is an amazing view above Bolsena Lake where you can peer down upon the two islands. Bolsena itself has a well preserved Fortress. And the lake side villages all around Bolsena Lake are all very picturesque. Hope this little bit helps!
