This is from a river cafe cookbook and as far as I can remember is simply sauteed figs, peperoncino and marscapone cheese with Linguine. I can really recmmend it- whilst it sounds weird, its really uplifting and, if you were wondering, it doesnt do damage to your fossa
The San Severino Blues festival seems 2B happening even though their site is lacking in info. You need to check up on the Music club Italia site and filter for July and then scroll down to Marchehttp://www.musicclub.it/musicclub/jsp/concerti/index.jsp?datadalCL=20090... One of the bands playing is Joan as Policewoman on 9th July who had an NME acclaimed album last year, musical genre flits between folk and indie and sounds great- here's a link to one of the many of hers on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CnkJv--UL1g&feature=related Also playing Potenza Picena on the 15 July are British/US ska band The Toasters that have been around since 1982 check them out here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-eHskJQrQU&feature=fvst Alterantively, do the short drive to Perugia for Umbria Jazz http://www.umbriajazz.com/mediacenter/Risorse/Flash/Programma%20Umbria%2... its worth going for the town and the spectacle when there are also many free stages hosting live soul, funk, jazz and indie- highlights this year are Steely Dan, BB King and George Benson. Also check out Neon club at Ancona who have an Indie disco upstairs and host some good breaking bands.
I seem to remember that it cost about €14, not cheap, there were only about 3 decent rides and inevitably the queues for these were long, plus everything closed for about 3 hours at lunchtime! Onda Blue is better- especially if you visit an Aqua e Sapone shop beforehand and ask for tickets for Onda Blue- each year they give these half price tickets away with purchases.
We had one colorado beetle, dead now, and have not seen anymore since. Hope it was on holiday here and not part of a bigger group.Any tips on curing peach tree leaf curl?
Lots of good advice. Based on our hunt for a ruin and our subsequent project we have put together a few tips for would be property buyers & renovaters in Le Marche on this page www.villasanraffaello.com/blog/Courgettes-for-all-this-Summer-.htmlThe main advice that I would give you is to properly estimate the cost of the rebuild of any ruin that you may buy and compare this to renovated properties for sale. Many properties bought and renovated for less money in years gone by are now for sale for less than it would cost you to restore a ruin. Having said that, builders are now more flexible on pricing and the lack of work gives you the trump card. The choice of a geometra/architect is also key as the the vast majority of property restorers in Le Marche will tell you tales of woe, mainly concerning cost and time overruns and you should think carefully about separating out the building design from the actual project management. Also make sure that you obtain quotes from a number of geometras and talk to their past clients about service.

I'd suggest the adventure park at Cingoli or horse riding. We've collected as many activities together on this page as possible www.villasanraffaello.com/free-time/family-fun-activities-le-marche.html this page includes links for the adventure park
