Dea All, we are looking at a property in the le marche region. It has an amazing view, electricty but no connection to mains/water. Has anyone of you an idea how much a connection of about 500 meters would cost?Thanks a lot for your help
Dear All, my husband and I are looking for a place in Friuli (area my husband parents come from) or le Marche to open a B&B or a small Hotel. Is anyone runing a similar business in one of this areas?
Thanks for the idea. We also look at exciting businesses for sale but most of did not look very promising. Prpobaly thats why they are up for sale. We dont want do pay a lot for a business we than have to build up from scratch anyway.
