Hi Steve, I did ask to open account online, but they said I needed Italian phone number, and was leaving for London the next day, Next time I go to Italy I will get a sim card and see if Unicredit can change it over, I also wanted cheque book, but they will not send one to London, they say I have to come and pick it up, so frustrating ...
