Can anyone help? I am also having problems with Enel. They seem unfit for purpose sending overpriced bills not being able to contact them. Continually being told they will contact me.
I have tried many times to contact both companies and understand how it works. They are both unfit companies and a bunch of thieves they should not be able to trade or should be regulated. They both do not respond to requests and only wish to offer bad servicss while they take your money.
Thank you for your reply I will deginitely be changing suppliers. I was looking at EON. I agree they are a bunch of thieves and no one to regulate these them it's unbelievable that they can get away with such bad service.
I shan't waste anymore time with them and shall apply for payment for lack of service promised.
