Thanks all, the estate agent works closely with a Technician who she as recommended . We are back in Italy in 2 weeks and will be meeting up , I will keep the forum posted and really appreciate advice as we progress nigel

Hi ConorMany thanks for your reply, we are close to starting a renovation on our holiday home and would be doing quite a lot ourselves as I am an electrician and Mel is a joiner. We would require a builder for some works and 'pointing in the right direction' regarding certification for certain installations. Someone who could advise on this and quote for works would be great. Any advice woud be great and much appreciatedkind regardsNigel
