If you live in Italy you need a tessera sanitaria in order to get healthcare, First you need to register a residents at the local comune. Best wuold be to ask the officer at your local comune and go from there,
HI Id suggest Canepa in San Fermo, Como or you could try asking at the Camra di Commercio in Como centre. There are alot of tessuteria still operational in the area ( I live here....have done so for 12 years). Let me know how it goesregards
