Read this post today. But it is ten years since Brian wrote his post. I am looking for a reliable builder that can speak a bit of English, while ww learn Italian, that is able to build a house from scratch> It will be a new build as the old property has already been knocked down.Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!Alex
