Well, I had in mind to get someone to put in a fireplace, since it has the exhaust tube in the wall which allows one to have it. Most tenents have a fire place in their apartments.
I have an apartment for sale on a hill overlooking Lago Maggiore. It's one hour by train north of Milan Central Train Station. But with COVID-19 I cannot travel to Italy. When the pandemic settles, and I am there, I can rent or sell the apartment. One person or a couple can have the master bedroom for something like €50/night . For an additional €25/€35 for a couple I offer meals and teach Italian.
