Hi Michael Just seen your post. I sympathise with your loss! We too love curries and bring back stacks when we drive to the UK. Not sure if this helps but there is a gorgeous cafe in Foligno in the Piazza della Repubblica called La Bottega di Barbanera. Its an amazing place and for some reason has bags and bags of spices and herbs for sale. I noticed this back in February when we went in for the 1st time and was very surprised. If you are over that way its worth a visit. Hope this helps Jane
hi fillide yes i know there are a few colleseccos in umbria - which one do you live nearest to? as you can see i am new to italy so i apologise for my spelling mistakes. thanks for the warm welcome!
hi angie i do agree as i wasnt sure if i wanted to give him anything but knowing that he gets really stressed this helped him. it doesnt sedate as i know the vet didnt want thhappen - as you said it can be dangerous but this was very good and he took it a couple of days before we left then during our 2 day car journey twice. guess not everything works for everyone!
Not sure if you are here yet but we have just travelled to italy with our cat and the vet recommended a drug zylkene to take the edge of things and calm him down for the journey it was great and did the trick!
Bonjourno! We are new arrivals having moved to Collesecco (Umbria) last week....... we are loving it so far! Do any of you actually meet up at all for a coffee or glass of wine or do you just blog on this site? We would like to meet some expats socially not sure where to start.......................ideas welcome.
