Hello again to all, I am just trying to find out if there are any members on this forum who are trying to make a purchase at Sea Hills/ The Sands in Brancaleone. We started off alone trying to find out information etc now we are part of a growing
Hello to all on here, a new edition to the fold looking for fellow buyers at Sea Hills in Brancaleone who are experiencing the same " challenges" as we are.
A man was coming home from work one day. He noticed that there was a lot more traffic than normal. As he got further up the road all of the traffic had come to a halt. He saw a policeman coming towards his car, so he asked him what was wrong. The cop said, "We are in a crisis situation. Gordon Brown is in the road very upset. He does not have the £10 billion needed to fill his black hole, and everyone hates him. He is threatening to douse himself in petrol and start a fire." The man asked the police officer exactly what he was doing there. The bobby said, " I feel sorry for the Prime Minister so I am going car to car asking for donations." The man asked, "How much do you have so far?" The bobby replied, "Well as of right now only 99 litres, but many people are still siphoning as we speak!"
Hi to all and thanks for the welcome, well we seem to be falling foul of a no building clause the developer had secretly written into our contract, As far as I am aware No building work has been done since November 2008, we have photographic evidence to back this, we have a builder who refuses to communicate with us and so I am told with the solicitor, The developer has made a lame attempt to blame Force majeure, This must be the worse weather in history if it is to blame for the 18month lack of building work. What I am trying to do is to get in touch with as many buyers as possible , I am told that 23 apartments have been sold so far there are 9 of us in contact, I am hoping there are others on here buying at Sea Hills Brancaleone, so we can combine forces and get our deposits back any guidance gratefully accepted Thanks Graham
