Hi,I have only had someone taken away from joint ownership, so the proces should be reverse.... you need to make an ammendment to the original property deed, with the named addition. A notary can do this for you but it would cost you a couple of thousand euros. I have used an official agent in the past whom can prepare, translate and book the appointment for you. You may have to wait a few weeks until you receive the deed back but is the legal way of doing things. Also be a good idea to re- word your british or Italian will as this would also protect your asset.hope this helps...
Ciao Dolcevita.... Thats great !! the 'bar' is a perfect way ... A classroom with Aperitivo & good company...to easy. The verb tenses that I hammer home are the present, future and the past.
In my opinion it sounds like you need to find a sytem that you can relax with and simply enjoy. I have been learning the language for 3 yrs solid and it doesnt come quickly. I have tried two schools, audio, exercise books, TV and films. Devotion and discipline shall get you up a good level and provide self satisfaction. Personaly I find the practical way the best when actually living amoungst the locals when visiting. The method of thinking like one and becoming like one helps me relax understand and enjoy speaking like one. I have found the rule of the three tenses to become the most important one and only wished that someone could have told me this a year into learning. I would simply master the tenses and the other basics prior to moving then the rest should come in time as you spend your day to day life in and around the locals. Enjoy !!
Hi, I have tried two language schools over the last 12 months. The first was Istituto Il David located in the centre of Florence. I opted for 4 weeks of mornings, 8:15 - 12 ish. A well organized school, with some bright ideas, and of course !! Florence was so bella. The second was for a shorter stint in Bologna. Madelingua, which was an even better school in my opinion and regretfull I could not stay on for longer. Again very centrally located, organized with a library and strong staff. Again mornings only. A nice city with less tourism.I now spend a lot of time in Abruzzo, so the offer of Pacentro08 sounds apealing as I can also vouch for the beauty of such a place !!In my opinion I think a week is far to short in order to feel a great deal of progression with a school ! Two weeks at least shall help you in only certain areas. If you can only opt for a week then I would look at maybe requesting the 4 hrs a day by class then say and additional hour with a private tutor one on one after lunch. It is worth the out lay and would still provide you with time to enjoy your stay with sight seeing etc.Buon Fortuna...
