Thanks LatocaYes, thats an option which we will explore.My only concern with the 'local lady' approach is the language barrier. Maybe not for us but for the guests. Hardly any locals speak English (which I like actually) but may become a problem for guests.Anyway thanks for you response.RegardsIan
