Sharon I don't think they do this any more!

No they don't - look at

for details of who flies where.

Dear Poster,

You will not find any Direct Flights from the UK to Lamezia.
The only UK operating company to this destination is Alitalia but typically it means changing at Milan or Rome and a simple journey will end up taking 7Hrs+ and not being particularly cheap.

There are companies currently flying to Lamezia notably:

AirOne From Turin, Rome & Bologna
AlpiEagles From Venice
Helvetic From Zurich
MyAir From Bologna
Transavia From Amsterdam
Volareweb From Milan

...and a couple of German Companies whose names I Can't remember.

So if you are Swiss, Dutch or German you stand a chance.

Don't bother looking for connecting flights either, trust me by the time you arrive in Switzerland, Holland or Germany your connecting to Flight to Lamezia has already left and vice versa on the return leg.

I am afraid your only choices are the dreaded Napoli and a Train Journey down or possibly Bari or Brindisi and then a 3 Hour Car Journey.

See my other post of today "Airports of Southern Italy" for further related information.

Oh and Sally, your response was to a post that is two and a half years old so it may well be out of date....

It's only 2 years, four months, one day, twenty two hours, two minutes and a few seconds actually. Stop exaggerating. :winki:
