It's not quite clear if you are asking for an actual Apple Mac or the software. Whatever, no problem. Tiger has been superseded by Leopard last October. Check though that he actually wants the older system first.
The good news is you can ring a freefone number in Italy that is on the Applestore website, pay online and they will deliver it anywhere.

My new Leopard software was ordered online at 7 pm in southern France and arrived by courier around midday the following day in central London.
I have been using Apple computers and software for at least 15 years. They are an excellent company.
