9173 Outlet Shopping

I recently came across a book describing shopping in Italy but as it was published in 2002 it's probably a bit out of date now. It mentions a book called 'Lo Scopriaoccasioni' written in Italian that lists over 1,400 outlets, allegedly. Has anyone heard of this book or can anyone recommend a way of locating outlets in Italy/a particular region?
