I have never used a forum to communicate before am olso pretty crap at typing, My wife and i visited italy last year on an inpection trip with a company called medsea ,we visited some off plan sites in Calabria on the west side around caulonia , marina di Gioiosi lonocsa,and Monasterace Marina, Having now seen the off plan developments we are much more interested in looking at older property within a village or small town, having searched the internet for local estate agents within the area i havent had much success . i would also like to hear from anyone who has any info about the ski areas in Gambarle or Villaggio Manccuso and any towns/ villages on the coast within a reasonable distance,

glad to hear that you have not gone down the Medsea road, we have been going out to Calabria for about 4 years looking for property, if you send me your email address i can send you a few ideas but they will not be from Medsea, i was given details of a property near Tropea it had every thing we were looking for but unfortuately we had completed on a property elswhere .. please get in touch.
