There are two missing Gala, not faulty, and yes I could replace all four with new ones but I would prefer the real McCoy. Maybe someone has ones they are not using. Fingers crossed.

The problem with old hinges is that they are not all the same, Sally. The chances of someone having a couple of old hinges that will match your existing ones are remote. Your best bet would be to replace all of the hinges on your shutters - possibly bearing in mind that the remaining ones have been overstressed through having to carry the weight of the shutters on their own for a while, se capisce?
If you are nice to the chap at the largest local ferramenta, as Gala has already suggested, he might let you see their suppliers catalogue - if there is nothing in stock already to take your fancy - as the wholesalers usually have rather more available than the local shops stock. It's certainly worth a try.

Very useful information Nardini. Thank you so much. I have a picture of it on my mobile and the software to transfer the image to my computer but alas it was trial software and it has expired. Yes okay buy the software I suppose. The hinge is cylindrical, solid and about i inch in height

You could also ask at the local companies who actually make/restore shutters - they may have a box of old bits and pieces lying around that have been taken off shutters they have restored, or look in any antique shop, they often have a selection of old door handles etc. on offer

Sounds like a one-off blacksmiths job to me or possibly one of those places making shutters and gates. Agree a price before commencing work!
Sally, I have asked hubby who says that to restore very old hinges you would need a handyman with plenty of time and patience, unless you do it yourself... if you know what you are doing. He adds that it may be cheaper and faster to replace them with new ones. Go to the largest ferramenta in your area and see what they can do.
