9595 Expanding foam?

Anybody know if I can get a can of expanding foam? Plus what it's called in Italian? I need to plug the hole I drilled for the tv wires. :eeeek:

Yes, I get it at my local Brico.

Looking at a can now, the trade name is BOSTICK. Below that it says Schiuma Poliuretanica and below that Poliuretano Autoespandente.

Also Castorama.
Just beware when you use it that it REALLy expands.

Thanks. A little goes a long way :winki:

A little certainly does go a long way - how big is the hole? It's useful stuff, but not cheap, and once you have opened the tin it is (in my experience) something that you can only use once since the nozzle always block solid whatever they say in the instructions.

Ya know that feeling. It's a #8 drill bit [I think that's right] drilled into the outside wall. 12"? It's not really a big hole but foam would be the easiest way to fill the hole. Trying to stuff insulation of something else into the hole would me more of a pain then anything.

I don't think you are going to need much, beware the stuff expands in a few minutes and you think that's that then 12 hours later it's grown like the thing from Quatermass to six times the volume. (showing my age there - mostly viewed from behind the sofa)
