Hi, My name is Rob and I've just joined the forum. Have read various postings and found them really interesting so thought I'd register. My father was Italian and I've always dreamed of living in Celano in Abruzzo where he came from, and where I have often visited family and friends. Last we week we bought a house - well a structure, it's the anti-seismic reinforced concrete frame and roof - all it needs is everything else!! So we are in the process of getting plans drawn then over the next few years will have a place to retire. I'm sure there will be problems along the way but it seems like this forum will probably help find a way round them
