Found this [url]www.immobilmente.com/vendite/Avellino[/url] - but it is an angency.

They have one detached house outskirts Av. 3 beds , enormous garden but don't quote price. May be worth contacting them for details - Good luck!:smile:

Cant help with Avellino directly, but know a very good person who deals with Grottaminarda and all the surrounding areas up to Montemilletto to the west and Vallata to the east. She is italian and although she works for one of the big agenices, a nicer, kinder, more honest woman you will not find. I can guarantee if there is anything suitable out there, she will go out of her way to find it for you. If you want her direct contact details, just PM me.

Thankyou for the reply. However that area is a bit too far from where my boyfriend needs to be, as he works in Naples, and has family in Monteforte that he needs to be near.

Sounds like he is in Italy. Have him phone or drop by the agents. Many aren't that web savvy.

Tecnocasa are also worth looking at as well. They have several around Avellino that might be interesting - and an English search facility for you as well.

If you digit [url=http://www.subito.it]Annunci Subito.it - Compro e Vendo[/url] click on the region campania,click on immobili,click on villette singole e a schiera you'll see quite a number of places in and around Avellino i saw stuff from euro 80.000 to 500.000 most are private sellers but some are thru agencies.Given the problems in the region it might not be a bad idea to use an agency though.
