Only applies once flight has been processed - but it does tell you what to do if unsure re status of booking.
They reckon 30 secs max!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to go from page to page - it was so slow I just gave up - do not have as much patience as you.

Not only are the phone lines down you now get this message when you go to there booking system
Http/1.1 Service Unavailable

Same problem this morning took me 3 hours to get the boarding passes. thank goodness 1 left a day spare before travel date to do this.
The worst of it all is that they do not answer the phone and the fax line does not connect so you are left wondering.
