9722 Property Finding Services

Hello

I wonder if anyone has had any dealings with Gabriele Mircoli and Mia Casa Marche or else any other Marche property finding services run by or employing native Italians?

I would appreciate any comments

Don't know either of the above but did buy through a local "property finder". What would you like to know?

I know of a localish couple of Italians, he is a geometra and she speaks very good English , they have been used by other English friends to find property and also to project manage, there have been no complaints.Feel free to pm if you want more details.

There are many good property finders and agents, just make sure whoever you use - you get good legal advice and a surveyors report if its necessary. A pile of stones in a field not withstanding. Check our web site for some links to agents etc.

I used to work (translations) for this Italian agency [url=http://www.marcheproperty.it]Marche Property - Home[/url] and they are very straight and honest. They will do a property finding service for you.

you could try Riabita who are builders who own many properties in Marche and could offer you a full service they are all Italian but Maura speaks english!
