Hi,
I think you will find your nearest Geometra will know all about planning issues. I don't think a solicitor or notaio is interested in that sort of thing.

Or Fabio Pucciarelli in Amandola... very happy with his services when we bought our house. Though he may be too far away, he does speak excellent english.
