10136 New to Forum

Hi All, We are new to the forum but look forward to being part of it. We are in the process of buying a property in Abruzzo region. Our house will be near Casoli which is approx 7kms, overlooking the lake on one side and the mountains the other. So excited now as the time gets close.We hope to be over by the end of Sept to collect the keys etc we will be driving over from UK . Not sure in first instance how long we will be staying this year hopefully alot more next year will just have to see how things go. Are any of you near our area?? Would be great to hear from you.

Welcome Casoli to Italymag Forum. There are many members here either living full time or have holiday homes throughout the Abruzzo region We look forward to hearing about your progress. Might be a good idea to start a diary too. Is the property requiring restoration???

Hello I am also new to the Forum and have been a strong admirer of all things italian for most of my life. This has enabled me to visit lots of beautiful cities, view some exciting football, absorb the culture and taste wonderful coffee.
I think the service you receive is excellent and would like to work and live in the South especially in Sicilly, does any one know how to fulfill this dream.
I look forward to replying to the subjects posted on the Forum.
