9745 difficulties in being only half logged in

Something peculiar has happened and, although it shows I am logging in, I do not appear to be logged in on the first page. If I click onto forums my name sometimes shows and sometimes doesn't. I could access half the contents of the Liguria group but not the other half. If my name doesn't show at the top it still shows at the bottom though there is no sign of the Circolo forum. Is it my computer or something else? It's only started to happen in the last day or two.
Hope someone can explain this.

you've obviously been too controversial. treat it as a warning & toe the line or they'll take away the other half of your access :-)

why am I having difficulty logging in again? It says "thankyou for logging in" but then I'm not actually logged in. I dont think I'm doing anything wrong.
