Dunno Sally.

Do you not have the options to show all statistics, add albums and join groups or is it that the options don't work?

Also I think it is universal that the profile page only records the last ten visitors and people who are 'hidden' don't show.

Didn't you used to be a member of a group? If so it must have worked in the past.

You can also join groups by going to the ‘groups’ section and joining from there.

When a person creates an album they can choose to make it private or public, so you may have been trying to view private albums.

I seem to have the options but they aren't working. Gala's album is not a private one and cannot access it at the moment nor indeed Steve Graham's. I didn't have this problem in the past.

I think a pm to Ronald is your best option.

I can see most of the information on your profile page, Sally - even when not logged in.

Show all statistics can be found at the bottom of the box on the right headed: Mini Statistics - look at the bottom of that box and click on: "Show All Statistics".

Continue looking at the boxes on the right and look a bit further down to see "Albums" - just after your currently empty Friends List - click on the "Show All Albums" text at the bottom of that box and you should see, just above your user name, the text "Add Album". In fact, you will also see it on the bottom left of that same window.

Nielo has answered the rest of your questions pretty fully, I think.

Thanks Nardini but actually I knew/know where to find them!!! It's just that they are not working!!! I'll pm Ronald at Nielo's suggestion.

Sally, I tested all my controls and I visited your member's page and everything appears to be working. Nardini is right, check with Ronald if you are experiencing problems.

The problem reappeared a couple of days ago and I wrote to Ronald again but no reply this time.

So it appears as if it comes and goes. Perhaps the problems experienced after the upgrade are continuing. Only Ronald will be able to tell.

There's a gremlin in there somewhere. I have to log on name and password everytime I go to the Forum website and want to "join in" maddening but worth it!!
