I'm sure I've seen half of these guys buying cement and iron bars at local builders' merchants. Should I do something about it? Or would it be very much more sensible to keep quiet?

Well when there was all that trouble between the Italian and Chinese community, my Italian cousin said "Well they don't need papers...they all look alike so they simply have one set..." Funnily enough these guys are indistinguishable from every Italian you see. No way could I pick one out in a crowd! Oh and Nicola D's plumber is far better looking Juliancoll!
