OK, it's not quite there yet, but if you were to take control of the 'new' firm, what changes would you make? What new policies would see a successful airline? Is there anything you would discard?
Me? I'd probably try a [I]Carry On[/I] themed airline, with Jim Dale stewards & Hattie Jakes hostesses; oh, no.............hang on, that's BA :laughs:
