10576 Mobile phone offer Vodafone

I use Vodafone for my mobile and have just had an Email from them advertising a new service, called Vodafone 'Zero Limits'.
For €1 a week you can send SMS's, talk, and access the internet wit your PC & phone etc, seems a bit to good, anyone else seen and what do you think.

It's free after your first call, but only to other Vodaphone numbers. Bit too late to read the rest of the small print.

Vodafone sent us an offer (we don't use our Italian mobile phone very much), but it seemed worth recharging the phone for the minimum, 10 euros and getting 200 euros worth of calls to an Italian landline or other VF Italian mobiles free. (Breaks down to max 50 eu free a calender month x 4).
Vodafone Italia will not accept our English Visa card and that is the point of this reply...how do you overcome this problem when wanting to pay a bill online?

If you become an Accredited PayPal customer they take the money by DD from your English bank account immediately. We have found this method works when we have difficulties in similar circumstances. eg. It could be used to pay Italian utility companies online.
There are also no worries about such things as the credit card being registered at one address and delivery is to another one when shopping online.
