Leon, as a relatively new member, you might not be aware that the company that owns this forum is very sensitive to the possibility of legal action following on from anything less than totally positive being said here about a person or firm.

In view of this, it's likely that anyone who wants to respond candidly to your query will do so via Private Message. You might want to make sure your account settings are such that you are notified when you get a PM. Otherwise, the notifications can be so discreet that they're missed entirely until your In Tray is full. :smile:

Thanks for the responce and adive, It would seem that other forums are not willing to help the general public like yourself and have blocked the names of these companies, well done to you. I would just like to pass on that I have reported the developer mentioned to the three governing body's that they carry on thier web site and am pleased to say that the NAEA has dropped them and three days ago the CEI contacted me to say that they where doing the same, that just leaves the FIABCI and I will be contacting these today. People buying property abroad need good advice I wish I'd had this six months ago It would have saved a lot of money and heart ached.

May be a good idea to check for news items on said companies and also contact OPP Overseas Property Professional association
