we have a property in Codiponte that we are renting out.  i would love to hear of anyone else living in engalnd, and letting a property out in italy as a holiday home, that knows the best way to receive the money from overseas.

we have a banco posta account but do not have on line banking with it, as cant set it up beacuse i cant speak the language, so poeple are paying me from overseas to uk.  no matter which way they pay, whether it be by bacs to my uk account, via pay pal, or money gram, it always costs us to receive and always costs us again to return the security deposit back to the rentees.

does any one have a better suggestion?
