i would suggest getting a selection from the outlet of Umani Ronchi SPA
probably the best single wine producer in the marche they have an almost unrivalled selection of the own verdicchio and some of the best rosso conero in the region it is also convenient for your journey because their outlet is on trhe S.S.16 at Osimo it's approx i mile from Ancona Sud exit on the southbound lane on the state road with parking so you don't have to go out of your way particularly and if yoyu don't know them you might be suprised.

Depending on your route, don't forget to pick up some Valle d'Aosta wines on the way through!:-) Due to the growing conditions a bit more expensive than from the pianura or further south, but interesting and some varieties unique - Morgex has the highest vineyards in Europe and pre-phylloxera vines, for example.

I'd echo what Sebastiano has said as he serves some very good wines at his agri. Another suggestion (although I don't know what you are looking or or what your budget is) - we bought some very good wine from Dezi in Servigliano (on the road up to Santa Vittoria). They are a family run small boutique producer but the wines (in particular the reds) are very high quality (for example stocked by Locatelli restaurant in London). Prices start at around €8 a bottle with the v good reds at €25 a bottle. They have a lovely tasting room with stunning views down the hillside and an art gallery.
