11140 Presepe, Lecce

I wanted to recommend to anyone in the Lecce area or planning a visit this christmas, to visit the presepe in Piazza S. Oronzo. It is in the Roman amphitheatre, and practically life size - they recreate a whole village, building small trulli, streams with bridges, all sorts of trees are planted, it's just beautiful and every year I am amazed by the detail - it's there until the 6th Jan.
