I eneded up by pursuing a new build as opposed to the normal Tricali Refurbishments/Rebuilds, so these take alot longer including final planning permissions (the initial permission/concept already being granted by the local Councils). Apart from that I have found the contact at Tricali to be very professional and friendly. Are you thinking of buying from them?
