12051 BBC Prime Satellite Changes

We use a BBC Prime card to receive BBC Prime. Since BBC Prime moved from Hotbird to Eurobird 9 on 19th March we have been having problems. Although we have realigned the satellite dish we cannot get any signal from Eurobird 9. Has anyone in Puglia successfully made the changes and is still receiving Prime via a BBC Prime Card? Is anyone else in Puglia having the same problems as us - i.e no signal? Any feedback will be appreciated :eerr:

Eurobird 9 was not showing in our satellite list even though the dish was pointing in the right direction. Eventually managed to find Eurobird and from there we got to Prime! Hooray, Eastenders tonight :laughs:

okay guys - are you watching in UK? According to current BBC Prime schedules for Italy EastEnders is on at 21;15, and as far as i recall we are about 2 weeks behind the UK programs so don't tell!

No I'm not watching in the UK. But being in the North I can get Freeview on satellite and gat nearly all UK programmes live.

(Except when it snows and then I often can't get ITV2 or ITV3. :nah: No Channel 4 yet either.)

BUt I'm not complaining!
