I have found this pdf (in Italian) about the use of nematodes to kill slugs. http://www.informatoreagrario.it/ita/riviste/vitincam/home_consigli/pdf/limacce-lumache.pdf
They tell me that the Italian distributor of the wonderfully named "Nemaslug" is a company called Intrachem, and this is a link to their data page on this product. http://www.intrachem.com/home.cfm?section=13&idprod=297
This company Intrachem seems to be big in biological (organic) products, so explore their site (although the Union Jack button isn't active!)
Then you'll have to ring them up (or maybe the information is somehwere on the website) and find out who stocks their stuff.
I do admire your optimism regarding biological control of slugs, unfortunately I have succumbed to the careful use of blue pellets tho' they are carted away by ants in dry weather! I can't see any reason why nematodes should be banned as they are probably around in nature anyway.
