12056 Typical costs ???

I know its a tricky one but does anyone know the rough costs of an electrical rewire and a central heating system for a 2bedroom apartment in an old stone building?
My father has bought property in Sulmona which requires renovation, we have had a few quotes through an agent but they seem ridiculously high.(2-3 times the Uk price!!)
We need an Electrician, a central heating engineer/plumber, a window company and a general builder !.
If anyone could recommend any tradesmen in the area or give a rough idea of costs it would be a great help.

The prices of building works in Italys are diverse but I agree with you, that they can't be several times higher than in UK.
