Anyone looking for a small house near Bagni di Lucca?

Hi!  Our lovely, fully restored house in Benabbio is still for sale, and we intend to be there towards the end of next week for a week or two, so if anyone's in the area house-hunting and would like to take a look, please feel free to contact me!  The house has 2/3 bedrooms and is furnished.  It has a lovely terrace with supurb views over the valley.  Benabbio is a great village with shops, pizzeria and bar.  There are regular buses to Bagni di Lucca (about 5km away), plus an old mule track which provides an approx. 45 minutes walk down into town (a little longer on the way back, both due to it being uphill and, more often than not, also due to the walker having just had a lovely lunch and some vino!).  We are keen to sell, and are open to sensible offers.We do have an agent as well, so viewings at other times can also easily be arranged.Thanks for reading!
