Paying utilities through bank

We have been told that we can pay electric (enel) , gas and phone directly through bank but are unable to pay anything else like water (cams) , council charge . Can some confirm this and if so how do other people pay bills when they are not living there all the time? Thanks for any help....Ali

Hi Ali you can pay most utilities on line. You can pay water bills typically via a Bank Transfer directly to the private company that send you the bill. Simply ask them for their bank details and you can also pay directly on line. Regards Linda
