First of all, have you ever visited the properties? Do you have plans and title documents?You could start looking at the Property Pages in this Italy Magazine. You can search the Emilia Romagna area and get a rough idea. Hi, thanks for your reply and link, I will have a look at that. Yes we have been to the houses, and plan to visit again soon. They were left to us so we have all the paperwork. Being in the UK and not speaking the language is a problem for us though.Is it quite an easy experience selling property in Italy, and do you have any idea what sort of costs are involved?thank again.
